From a small town in Leicestershire, The Robbery is finally ready to make their mark on the UK indie scene! With a shared love for indie rock, their music blends the garage rock vibes of the Arctic Monkeys and The Strokes with modern classics like Catfish and the Bottlemen, Kasabian, and the Reytons. This gives the band a modern yet nostalgic feel, all whilst still capturing the energy of their influences into an explosive package!

 

The Robbery began its journey back in 2019 as a group of 14-year-olds who had a deep passion for music. With lockdowns and growing up getting in the way, The Robbery underwent many changes, allowing them to develop their skills and songs over the years. Now The Robbery is back and better than ever! With new songs on the horizon, anything is possible!!!

 

On top of all of this, we have played support slots with The Mercians and Heather McDowall with our debut single 'Skinny Dipping' being played on many radio shows including: BBC Introducing East Midlands with Dean Jackson, Future Hits Radio with Abi Bruce, the Late show with Matt Wherry on Future Hits Radio and BBC Radio Leicester as BBC introducing's track of the day just to name a few.
