Lydia Prettyman is a pop-soul artist currently living in Manchester and making a name for herself in the music scene. She was scouted at The Cavern in Liverpool during an Open Mic and created the reputation for the 'quietest the Cavern has ever been' whilst performing. Her aim as a musician is to vocalise thoughts and concepts into something that has influences of jazz, soul, and indie pop. With soft yet distinctive vocals and clever lyrics, Lydia is set apart from other artists by the nature of her songwriting and performance. She recently played her first headline gig in Manchester and the next day, she supported Damian Lewis on his debut tour at Rescue Rooms in Nottingham. Having just released her poignant new single ‘Craft’, Lydia is demonstrating her growth and maturity as a songwriter and performer, and is set for a promising future. 'Craft' has amounted to almost 5,000 streams in 2 months of being out, and has been played on BBC Music Introducing Manchester twice.
