I am Lee Richards, a hard working father, husband and singer songwriter from the North West of England. I'm obsessed and fascinated by music, the sound of an open G chord, the heart and soul in lyrics, the way they make you feel, how it can alter your mood, inspire and motivate you and break your heart at the same time. Music builds community, bringing people together in the best and worst of times, creates joy and euphoria and allows people to bare thier soul, express themselves with thier heart on thier sleeve. It's universal and truly powerful. I write and perfom songs with my heart on my sleeve, I'm not afraid to bare my soul and through the power of music seek connection. I'm a guitarist, playing both acoustic and electric to accompany my vocals, which go from soft and gentle to raspy and bluesy. My musical influences are broad. However, centre around roots, blues, folk classic rock and indie.

My music is guitar driven and heartfelt, with obvious classic rock and blues influences. 

I am about to release my first album 'Searching' on 11th October 2024.
