Joseph Bell picked up a guitar at age 13 and began performing around his hometown of Shrewsbury the year after. After moving to London, Bell released his debut EP 'Dancing Days' in November 2020, gaining support from online blogs and BBC Radio 1. His 2021 single ‘Lost Souls’  led to a live session and interview for BBC Introducing Shropshire, alongside gigs across the UK including multiple performances at iconic London venues such as Ronnie Scott's and the Troubadour. Having built up a loyal following on the London live scene, Bell released his second EP 'Hits' in July 2023 to a sold out launch party, showcasing a polished alt-pop sound and focusing on finding identity in the digital age. Joseph recorded another live session for BBC Introducing in November, and is currently acting as Creative in Residence at City University whilst working on a number of projects for 2024.
